📜 Terms and Conditions (English)


Before placing an order on TUSHAR TECH, please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstanding or inconvenience between you and TUSHAR TECH.


By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please note that TUSHAR TECH reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

🔹 Order Policy


  1. Orders can only be placed for products currently in stock.


  2. Due to system or technical errors, stock information may not always be accurate. In such cases, TUSHAR TECH reserves the right to cancel the order and will notify the customer.

🔹 Pricing Policy


  1. All prices shown on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).


  2. Due to system or technical errors, product prices may vary or display incorrectly. TUSHAR TECH reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue refunds if necessary.


🔹 Delivery Policy


We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.


Please note our standard delivery times and charges:


  • Inside Dhaka City: within 3 working days


  • Outside Dhaka: within 7 working days


  • Maximum delay (if any): up to 15 days (customers will be notified)


  • Delivery Charge (Inside Dhaka): 70 Taka


    Delivery Charge (Inside Kushtia): 70 Taka


  • Dhaka Sub-areas (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Keraniganj): 100 Taka


  • Outside Dhaka: 100 Taka

For deliveries outside Dhaka or sub-areas, customers must pay delivery charges in advance as a security deposit, which is non-refundable.


TUSHAR TECH works with trusted courier partners (e.g., Pathao, RedX, Steadfast), and delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability.

🔹 Return and Exchange Policy


We always aim to ensure full customer satisfaction. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


  1. The product received is:


    • Damaged or defective


    • Wrong item or size delivered


    • Lost during shipment


  2. Any technical issue or incorrect order placement

🔹 Refund Policy


  1. Please check your product carefully before accepting it from the delivery person. If you find any issue, you can refuse to accept it (delivery charge must still be paid).


  2. If you discover a problem after receiving the product, notify us within 72 hours and send a clear photo of the issue.


  3. Refunds (via bKash/Nagad) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.


  4. The customer must bear the return delivery charge unless the product is defective or damaged.

🔹 Additional Notes


  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.


  • Any product sold under a discount or offer cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


  • TUSHAR TECH reserves the right to decide whether a product is eligible for return or exchange.


  • Color and design may slightly differ due to screen resolution.


📜 শর্তাবলী (বাংলা)


TUSHAR TECH থেকে অর্ডার করার আগে দয়া করে আমাদের শর্তাবলীগুলো ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন, যাতে আপনার এবং TUSHAR TECH–এর মধ্যে কোনো ভুল বোঝাবুঝি না হয়।
এই শর্তাবলী যে কোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, তাই প্রতিবার অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে তা পর্যালোচনা করুন।

🔹 অর্ডার নীতি


১. শুধুমাত্র স্টকে থাকা পণ্য অর্ডার করা যাবে।


২. সিস্টেম ত্রুটির কারণে স্টক তথ্য ভুল হতে পারে। এমন ক্ষেত্রে TUSHAR TECH অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার রাখে।


৩. অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যার জন্য যোগাযোগ করুন –

🔹 মূল্য নীতি


১. ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রকাশিত।


২. কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে দাম ভুল প্রদর্শিত হলে TUSHAR TECH অর্ডার বাতিল বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে।


🔹 ডেলিভারি নীতি


আমরা আপনার অর্ডারটি নির্ভুলভাবে, ভালো অবস্থায় এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ে সরবরাহ করার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।


  • ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি: ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে


  • ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি: ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে


  • বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে: সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ দিন পর্যন্ত লাগতে পারে


  • ঢাকা শহরের ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ৭০ টাকা


    কুষ্টিয়ার  ভিতরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ : ৭০ টাকা


  • ঢাকা সাব এরিয়া (সাভার, গাজীপুর, নারায়ণগঞ্জ, কেরাণিগঞ্জ): ১০০ টাকা


  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১০০ টাকা


ঢাকার বাহিরে বা সাব এরিয়ার অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ আগাম প্রদান করতে হবে, যা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।


আমরা Pathao, RedX, Steadfast ইত্যাদি বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করি।


🔹 রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি


আমরা সবসময় গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বাধিক গুরুত্ব দেই। নিচের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন —


১. পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিযুক্ত বা ভুল পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে


২. শিপিং চলাকালে পণ্য হারিয়ে গেলে


৩. ভুল অর্ডার প্লেসমেন্ট হলে


🔹 এক্সচেঞ্জের নিয়মাবলী

  • ২. প্রয়োজন হলে নিচের ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠাতে পারেন –

🔹 রিফান্ড নীতি

১. পণ্য গ্রহণের আগে ভালোভাবে দেখে নিন। পছন্দ না হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন (ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য)।


২. প্রডাক্টে সমস্যা থাকলে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে এবং ছবি পাঠাতে হবে।


৩. আমরা প্রডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পর ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বিকাশ/নগদের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড করা হবে।


৪. রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে (যদি পণ্য ত্রুটিযুক্ত না হয়)।

🔹 অতিরিক্ত তথ্য


  • রিটার্ন পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, ধোওয়া-মুক্ত এবং ট্যাগসহ হতে হবে।


  • অফার বা ডিসকাউন্টকৃত পণ্য সাধারণত এক্সচেঞ্জ/রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।


  • রঙ বা ডিজাইন মনিটর পার্থক্যের কারণে সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।


  • TUSHAR TECH রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের যোগ্যতা নির্ধারণের সম্পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
